End-to-end commissioning and start-up support for a new deepwater FPSO, from pre-commissioning through first oil and into steady-state operations. Kylin managed a 200-person multi-discipline commissioning team.

Full inspection, overhaul, and replacement programme for a FPSO's mooring and offloading systems. Kylin managed the offshore campaign within a planned dry-dock window, on schedule and within budget.
